Erin and Jason are absolutely fantastic! My family moved from the Chicago area and never having been to the Dallas area, Erin and Jasons YouTube videos were so helpful to get us familiar with the area. Once we reached out to the West team they were very responsive, personable, reliable and friendly with all of their communications. They gave us great insight to the North Dallas area and honest feedback on each of the homes they video toured for us. We cannot thank them enough for all of the help we needed during our giant move! I was moving from Indiana to North Dallas and looked to yelp to find a realtor because I was not sure who to use. They were fantastic! I felt like we were their only customer. I received reminder messages related to certain milestones as needed, they always were there when needed. I can't say enough positives. Even when you are very happy with something, you can always find one small thing to complain about... not with these guys.
