In this market its very easy to just focus on sellers and ignore the buyers with how much work is needed on the buyers side. Rita never let up, with homes going off the market in a couple days, she got us inside for a showing within 24 hours most of the time. Overall, I feel like I can write an essay about Rita's exceptional skills as a Realtor. If you want a best in class Realtor that works crazy hard for you while being genuine and caring, she is the go to person. I will definitely be using her again if I ever buy another home in Texas!
