Barbara Ditlow

I have worked with Barbara for 11 years now; since 2006 and know her quite well, and she is very trustful, resourceful and knows the Austin market. I have recommended her to several other friends and colleagues in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future. She, along with her son, Matthew, have helped with finding and screening good tenants, and other areas like market data or thoughts on certain aspects of the Austin market whenever we reach out to her. Her son has been very helpful as well. In our last sale, our buyer, who happened to be our tenant which Barbara had found more than a year ago, also commended for the help she provided her.

I have been amazed and impressed with Barbara since we first met in February 2015. We moved from California and were very stressed, nervous, and had so much in transition. Her calm knowledgeable voice on the phone was welcoming and so truly appreciated. When we decided to purchase our first home in Austin it was a no brainer to call Barbara right away. She had helped us with our rental home, apartment situation it was a bit of a mess that we would never have been able to handle without her. I cant say enough about her service. If there is an award to win, I would vote for Barbara! We just closed on our first home in Belterra last Friday. Barbara not only was available by phone through each and every step of the way but she made herself available to PHYSICALLY be there to support us through every meeting concerning the building, designing, inspection, walk through and final signing of the house. I feel she is a partner and absolutely someone I am grateful to have on our side!
