Before I met Bill, I had the honor of having Hugh Parrish as my realtor. Hugh became sick and asked Bill to step in to help me find a home. Bill did just that. Not only did he help me find a home, he also helped me with the negotiation process, and closing. It was an honor knowing Hugh and it's been and honor getting to know Bill. 2009-Current I have worked with Bill for several years in developing my rental property portfolio. We had worked with other agents in the past. In contrast, we found Bill Dunham was a patient and understanding, professional realty agent. Bill's attitude and style were just the right mix of respectful consideration for what we wanted and clear presentation of the current market trends. We had tried to sell our house before but took it off the market after 4 months and only 3 viewings. The other agents literally just shrugged their shoulders and told us that was "the way the market is in a small town". Bill helped us understand our market and worked through different sale price strategies with us. That information gave us confidence about selling our house at a good profit. We felt liberated compared with being first worried and then so disappointed with our previous realtors. When our home came up for sale, it was on the market for approximately a month and sold for our asking price. Those other realtors still have some of the same homes on the market 2 years later!

Bill was very personable and easy to talk to about the process and what I was looking for. He was up front about the local market and give suggestions that thought would help me make better decisions. He wasn't pushy and did not pressure me at any point. He was willing to listen to what I had to say and ask and took the time needed to get to the places I wanted to see. Overall, I was very happy with Bill and I will recommend him highly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Austin area.
