Michelle Allen is a wonderful Realtor to work with. She has amazing communication skills and is very humble and motivated. She is extremely knowledgeable about the properties and would always tell us about the pros and cons of making the best-educated decision. She also has great negotiation skills, resulting in getting the best deal for you out of the process. Having to look for a new house was a tedious task, but she managed to lift a lot of stress off our shoulders by being very helpful! I really recommend working with her because she is very joyful, and if a problem shows up, she quickly solves it. We received her contact through a recommendation, which was the best thing that ever happened to us! She worked through the different styles we liked and managed to help us find the perfect house! We appreciate her work.

My experience with Michelle was extraordinary in as much as she guided me every step of the way. I could not have made it through this ordeal of selling my home without her expertise, knowledge, compassion, and integrity. Michelle has never failed to answer my questions, offer suggestions, lending a hand, and yes, a shoulder to cry on. Michelle was fantastic!! She helped my husband and I from out of state, start the process of finding our home. After a trip down and several virtual showings, we finally found the one. Michelle was great working with us, knowledgeable of the different areas in and around Austin, provided great assessments of homes as we visited, and asked great questions to developers in new construction.
