I've been licensed since 1984 so 2022 is my 38th year to sell real estate in and around the Austin area. I have been focusing mostly on helping sellers and I excel at guiding them toward the best price and condition for their homes, both of which are especially important now as we are in a shifting market that is starting to favor buyers. I work 95% by referral and repeat client, I keep in touch with all of my clients and have now helped the 2nd generation adult children of several of my clients from the '80's and '90's.
