When listing homes, I often help sellers prepare their property ahead of time by coordinating updating (paint, granite, fixtures, etc) and repairs. Once ready, I go back and help stage the home. This is especially helpful to those who are living out of town.

I am born and raised in Corpus Christi and have lived in the surrounding cities like Portland, Texas, and Rockport, Texas. I was a paralegal for 13 years prior to getting my real estate license so I am very knowledgeable with contracts, etc. I presently live on N. Padre Island and very familiar with coastal water front and beach properties. I love to travel to all areas in Corpus Christi and outside Corpus Christi to sell homes as well.
