Thank you so much for selling my home. As you, know, no one knows property values in the area, as well as you do since you follow what is happening daily. I could not have chosen a better or more competent Realtor. You were on top of everything from the listing to the final closing and kept me informed at every step along the way. You helped me get the best price I could expect for my home. ln addition, when the buyer was trying to take advantage, you stepped in and made sure I was being treated reasonably and fairly. I relied on you to make a lot of extra trips to the house to help with the sale. From the listing, through the buyer's first ridiculous offer, to contract, through inspections, and, again, the buyer asking for ridiculous and unnecessary repairs to final closing. Again, thank you for helping me through a difficult sale with as little trauma as possible. This proved, again, that choosing the best Realtor, makes a lot of difference in what is always a traumatic process.

We needed to move and move quickly. A friend of mine recommended Craig. After I interviewed him I knew he was the right guy. I told him I wanted to get $550k for my house. He told me he could get $640k. My wife said that was too much but we did it anyway. One the first day we got multiple offers and settled on $645,000. The contract and inspection went through without a hitch. We closed on time. I cant recommend Craig enough!

I used Craig 10 years ago to sell my rental house in Buda. That went very well so I decided to try him again. This time it was my personal home and was a different situation. The house needed work but I did not want to over spend. Back in November Craig pointed out things that I should fix or repair. None of which was out of line. I told him I wanted to get $400k, he said if I do everything he told me to do we should get $450k. Well, it took me 4 months to get everything done (I did most of it myself). I called Craig in February to let him know I was ready and to come take a look. After he walked the house he said, I can't get you $450k but I can get you $550k! We put it on the market and it sold for full price the first day! We had a couple of minor problems with the buyer going to closing but once again, Craig jumped in and made them go away. He is the only realtor I would use.
