Kim was the best realtor I couldve hoped for. She went above and beyond. She anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on her face. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of my home painless and seamless. I was in mourning from just losing my husband. She was sympathetic and friendly and took the time to explain things and work with me and took the stress away from a very stressful situation as I was still grieving. She sold my home in less time than I imagined it would sell as I was moving to Maryland. I moved to Maryland. The settlement happened as I was here in Maryland and a title company notary came to me to finish the paperwork process. I am so appreciative of Kim and cant thank her enough.

I found Kim from her marketing post card that she had sent out in my Father's neighborhood on one on my visits to him. She had sold a few houses in the neighborhood and was letting other know her availability. My Dad subsequently passed away and I contacted her to sell his house. She is very professional and worked hard to put everything in place for the sale to happen. I was the executor living in Michigan and had very few local contacts. Kim coordinated any cleaning required prior to showings, as well as, any repairs requested by the buyers prior to closing. We listed the house in mid-May and we closed in the early part of July. The title company she used had a large enough network that I could sign the papers at my kitchen table in Michigan. The closing was the next day. The day after that, a check was in my hand. I would fully recommend Kim Kimble to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
