Cary Beach

I used Cary to sell my home ($650K+) and buy my next home ($400K+) and I couldn't have had a better experience! If you're in need of someone who is an expert on selling as well as local, Texas residential real estate then Cary Beach is the realtor for you! I find that not only is Cary knowledgeable about his industry, but he's detail oriented, patient, and always sticks to representing his Client's best interests until the end. When I purchased my new home Cary was great in representing me as the buying agent to the builder by thinking of and asking questions I had not considered, which were all specific to various homes/lots I was looking in to. At the end of the day Cary was able to help me narrow my choice down to a single home and he helped me negotiate the final purchase price of the home with the builder, which ended up being almost $20K less than the listed price! Do yourself a favor and hire Cary. He's the only agent I'll be using from here on out.
