Licensed in the state of Texas in April 1995 while stationed at Fort Hood, TX. Back from Naples, Italy, the military station us at Ft Sam Houston where I became full time REALTOR April 2001. I've sold many residential homes, land & lots and investment properties. Early on I decided that education would separate me from the rest so in 2002, I studied and received my ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, 2002 GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute and in 2005 with advance training and experience received the CRS, designation.
