Being a military spouse I understand the challenges of relocating and strive to make the transition as smooth as possible. When buyers are new to the area I spend hours with them giving them the "grand tour" of the various locations with homes that are within their price range and fit their criteria. I take the time to explain the pros and cons of each location. When listing homes, I often help sellers prepare their property ahead of time by coordinating updating (paint, granite, fixtures, etc) and repairs. Once ready, I go back and help stage the home. This is especially helpful to those who are living out of town.
