Will Ervin Jr is a dedicated real estate professional who embodies a passion for the investing, buying and selling process. A majority of my career, I have served in the administrative role. I currently hold the title SHRM-CP, Society of Human Resources Management, Certified Professional. This title is benefits of my current employer Weil. An international law firm with offices all over the globe. I have been with this employer for 14 years. I have been in real estate for 5 years. My first 3 year, I was an investor only. Buying and reselling properties. The past 2 years I have added Realtor to my credentials. I enjoy the real estate industry and everything about it. Serving as a Realtor has allowed me a better understand of the home buying and selling process. The process can be emotional and even stressful for some. I believe I have a patience trait that I utilize to help guide customers and clients through the process.
