Bruce Arfsten

Bruce Arfsten has been an active Realtor in the Dallas, Texas area market since 1993. Working early on as a builder's sales rep for a relatively low volume builder provided an outstanding education in the new construction aspect of the business. Working side by side with home buyers during the entire construction process was an enormous benefit, seeing the challenges faced by the builder while being the part of the support team for the buyer. Since making the transition in 1996 to a traditional real estate office, Bruce has represented a multitude of both home buyers and sellers, dealing with resale properties and new construction. Clients have been widely varied, from first time buyers learning "the ropes" to veteran home sellers moving up to their next dream home, to the senior community downsizing after the nest has emptied. Each client is a new experience, always an education, as there is always more to learn.
