Cristina was a referral from a friend. I reached out to her via FB in October and she responded within 24 hours. She offered to sit down with us during a place and time of our choosing. Initially we were hesitant if we actually wanted to sale. At no time did Cristina pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable in our decision making. When we finally decided to proceed in November, Cristina was right there again within 24 hours. She was very thorough from the beginning. From there it was smooth sailing. She checked in with us 1-2 times a week and would give a weekly analysis of the traffic that was coming through. When we received an offer, the entire process was no stress at all and much easier than anticipated. We plan on using Cristina in the future for any future purchases we make! Thanks Cristina!

Cristina was our realtor when we bought our home in Royse City. She is very dedicated to her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal possible. She was there during inspections to make sure everything came out good. She did various walk throughs and never hesitated to help. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a house!

As a first time home buyer she help us and advise us trough out the hole process, she went adobe and beyond answering immediate to all questions we had, she has a strong work ethic even helping us on the weekends and after hours. she was always on top of every issue that may have raised and gave us the security we needed to buy our first house. besides give us the best experience on buying a house for the first time she was enjoyable outgoing to me and my wife. Cristina has been my ROCK throughout this whole First time buying process. From the first time I reached out to her to closing time she was always a phone call away.
