Erin Salsbury

Mr & Mrs Salsbury Realtor team was exactly what we needed. We are empty nesters so we purchased a smaller home first (got a good deal), moved in and then sold our other house within 8 weeks with a substantial profit. They are experts in the realty field and El Paso area which makes their knowledge invaluable. They know the laws and the paperwork and kept us informed of the process in detail. They even had to explain the process several times to us and were patient until we understood. I felt confident they were on our side and gave us sound advice and never pressured us to accept an offer we werentcomfortable with. They were always available and responded to our texts with 10 minutes, I think one time it was 30 min at the most, so as you can see they never rest and work hard for you.

Erin and Lorena are amazing! They are very knowledgeable. I was always informed every step of the way and when I had questions they were a phone call away always ready to help me! They were very caring and genuine people and I can't thank them enough for helping me through the rough time I was going through during my home buying experience. I can't say enough good things about Erin and Edna. They carefully questioned me about what and where I was looking for a home. They did not try to get me to purchase more home than I was looking for even though I qualified for more. They were always quick to respond to my email, texts and phone calls and were able to work around my schedule for showings. They maintained a positive and helpful attitude through out the process. In short they made a stressful situation easy. They were extremely knowledgeable about the negotiation process and the predictions they made about the sellers responses to offers was right on the money. If I find myself in need of a realtor in the future, for either sale or purchase of a home, Erin and Edna will be the first people I call.

We contacted Erin to look at a house we found on Zillow, he called us within 10 minutes of our inquiry. Due to delays with our bank our original property sold before we could make an offer; within 48 hours they had a list of new properties, one of which we eventually bought. Over the next month both Erin and Lorena were there round the clock, helping us through difficulties with our bank, the sellers, and the agent representing the sellers. We never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back in the few rare cases they were otherwise engaged, and even though we were complete strangers when we started the process both Erin and Lorena made us feel as if their emotional well being depended on us being satisfied and finding the home that was right for us. Erin and Lorena treated us as if we were family, and I would have no hesitation recommending the Salsburys for anyone looking for the home of their dreams.

My wife and I closed a house with them in late August. From the first call to the day of closing these two were with us every step. Sometimes we dealt with just Edna, other times just Erin, both were up to date with all of the proceedings. Not just what my wife and I discussed but everything going on with the construction company building our home. Even when there was a bad appraisal, they worked out a deal with the company and it helped us out so much. If you want someone(s) who will listen to your needs and does the right and thoughtful stuff during a very stressful time (moving), they are the strongest realtors that I have ever met.
