I was awarded REALTOR Emeritus Status in 2019, for 40 years service in the Real Estate Industry, all in El Paso. As an El Paso native, I know our City, our neighborhoods and our Real Estate Market. During the last 41 years, I have successfully relocated over a thousand clients, both in and out of El Paso. I am an expert in the Relocation process and received an award from a nationally recognized Relocation Company in 2017 as their outstanding real estate agent in the United States.
As a Buyer's Agent, I provide a comprehensive market analysis on any home they are interested in to inform them of the true market value on the property. As a Seller's Agent, my expertise is reflected in the fact that in 2018, 2019 and year to date in 2020, my listings sold for 99% of their list price.
