His primary concentration area is residential distress assets, ranging from foreclosures, short sales, and probates. Holding several designations in the distressed asset area of real estate, he has worked with clients such as the Department of Veteran Affairs, Housing and Urban Development, and the USDA. He is an experienced investment market mortgage broker, working with various clients in private placement loans.
