In December of 2000, I obtained my real estate license and in my first year in real estate I was recognized for top sales. In 2004, I partnered with Jolynn Blake. Jolynn and I shared the same goal, the commitment to making a difference in real estate. This belief translated into a very successful team winning numerous awards including: Top 500 Teams for RE/MAX, and the eXp Realty ICON award. In 2019, Jolynn and I decided to take our team another step forward and formed our own real estate company; Pender Blake Group. I am the acting broker. I was born in Ft Worth and grew up in the Highland Village area. I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2002 with a degree in Entrepreneurship/Strategic Management and again in 2003 with a degree in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior. I later graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Master of Business Administration in 2008. I currently live in Flower Mound with my wife, Stacey, who now teaches 4th Grade at Lakeland Elementary. I have served in the capacity of Elder of Christian Education at a local non-denominational church in Flower Mound and occasionally give sermons and teach Bible Studies. I really enjoy watching/playing sports. You may catch me playing soccer at American Indoor in Carrollton or Arena Athletics in Euless.
