Bret was my realtor for a long home search from February to October 2020. I was a first time buyer and didnt have a clue about the process. On top of that, I had a long list of house wishes and a tight budget! I couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Bret. He was the so patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was never annoyed by my hundreds of questions and always answered them fully and in a way I could understand. He was invaluable to me for advice and guidance during the house hunt and was a huge support getting the offer together and during closing. Im a nurse and he even brought paperwork/checks/keys up to the hospital when I couldnt get away. He is a great communicator and very available by phone, text, and email whenever you need him. He is professional but also very down to earth and easy to work with. Bret really knows real estate and was right on with what we ended up offering on my home. I move in in 2 weeks and owe him a huge thank you!!!!

I cant recommend Bret enough. We were looking for a house from out of state and he was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the key information and differences about our area. We settled on new construction, another first for us, and again he was there to expertly guide us through that as well. His experience, advice and the simple (not easy) fact of being very direct, honest and easy to talk to were invaluable in our 9 month journey from finding an area to completing our build. Oh, one last thing, I really appreciate that he seems to surround himself with other professionals with the same open, straightforward mindset. All of his referrals were absolutely on point. I have recommended him to friends Im trying to convince to move closer to us and will continue to do so with anyone looking for a realtor in the DFW area. Where do I begin? Absolutely exceeded beyond our expectation and cant thank Bret enough for making our home buying process pleasant and fun. Bret helped us sell our home (took less than a week). If we planned on staying in state we would have used him for the buying process as well. I can't say enough good things. Bret was amazing to work with, it really feels like he is always looking out for his clients best interests and needs. He took a genuine interest in our goals and made it feel as if we were working with a friend. Very smart and made the selling process super simple and as stress free as possible.
