I started my real estate career in February of 2000. I went to work for RE/MAX for their continuing education. I was with RE/MAX until 2017 when I obtained my broker's license. I opened my own brokerage in order to give agents that met my criteria; a self starter, truly dedicated to providing the best service to their clients with the clients' best interest at heart and a seasoned agent. A brokerage that would provide my agents a place to grow without such a large commission split with their brokers, allowing them to put more of their hard owned money in their pocket. We are a virtual office and can serve any market we want as long as we are competent in that market. After years of paying thousands to the broker, I wanted to provide a supporting atmosphere without the pressure of quotas. No client wants to be a number in order to meet a quota.
