My husband and I have worked with David through two sales and one purchase. In our first sale, he suggested a price that was 20k above the two other realtors. Within 2 days of listing with David, our house sold almost at listing price. Our second sales transaction was for a lock & leave single family condo in a gated community that had a history of difficult sales.
