She pointed things out that needed to be done before an appraiser came out to give value!! She went over every detail of the listing contract and showed us what our net proceeds would be at closing. I contacted Marina about buying acreage and she asked me what we were going to do with it. I told her down the line later we will be building a home eventually and she suggested we communicate with a builder to see if the land would be suitable to build a home. I would have never known this was very important fact because if I would have purchased the land first and find out later we couldn't build a home would have upset me!! She searched for different parcels for me to view and sent to my email which helped me tremendously because I live in Houston TX and I couldn't always make a trip to view the listings she sent me through email.
