This was my 3rd/4th real estate transaction. Terry was by far the best agent Ive experienced. My husband echoes my opinion. Terrys superior quality is exhibited by his knowledge of the market & his skilled patience w/us & the sellers agent. He was volunteering to perform tasks we hadnt considered & prodded exacting communications w/respective title cos.( we had closings on the same day) to effect a smooth transfer. He attended every inspection. We wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone who needs an agent to this gentleman to effectuate a smooth real estate transaction . Terry Kraemer is the best.
