Patricia was very knowledgeable and responsive. She made me feel more comfortable and excited during this whole process. We looked at homes and she contributed ideas about how to utilize the space. She was also very attentive to looking at everything from plumbing to electrical and pool equipment and seemed to know approximately what was good or what may need to be fixed.

Ms Shay was very professional, knowledgeable, as well as concerned about my family needs while looking for homes. I felt like I was with family. She answered all my calls no matter when and resolved any issues that came about. Even after closing on my home she still answers my calls and still helps me with things concerning my home.
