I have lived in Austin for more than a decade having arrived in Austin at a time when traffic was non existent! Oh, that was so long ago. Having been involved in real estate as a buyers agent, listing agent, landlord and investor I have made the transition to work exclusively with renters and helping them locate their perfect place to live. As a true believer in empowering people and home ownership in rebate all my clients and share in commissions. While this might seem counter intuitive, it is my personal option that real estate agents are overpaid. I'd rather my clients own a home or save for a down payment tham continue to rent the rest of their lives.
