It is a wrap!! after 13 years in Castle Hills, we reached a decision to relocate to Naples Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Kingdom and it is hard to leave great friends behind. To our friends, Naples is not a bad place to visit. Our realtors helped us sell the home in one weekend with multiple offers and significantly over the asking price. The transaction went well from start to finish. We highly recommend them.

Linda was completely professional from the very start; I was very impressed. She was great in previewing our home and making recommendations about moving or removing furniture pieces to better show the house. She and Karen staged the house and it looked gorgeous. The house went on the market on a Friday morning and we had multiple offers well over the list price. Linda presented all and pointed out the pluses and minus in each. Linda and Karen did an excellent job pricing, marketing, staging and representing our Carrollton home. They took the time to develop a game plan to make necessary repairs/changes/updates to the property prior to staging. Then came in and tastefully staged the home to show beautifully to potential buyers. Within 48 hours of listing the property we received 14 offers; all for above asking price. Linda then assisted us in reviewing each and every offer so that we understood all of the pros and cons of each one. I am a builder by trade and sell multiple houses each year with brokers. Linda and her associate, Karen, helped me in preparing, staging and selling my Mom's house in The Reserve at Castle Hills in Lewisville, TX.
