“In today’s internet-based world, buying and selling real estate has become, unfortunately, an impersonal process. You click on a website, scroll through a list of all of the homes that fit your price range and space requirements, sometimes drive by your choices to see the neighborhood, and then call a realtor…only to learn that the house you want is under contract. My purpose for being here is to make certain that doesn’t happen! Checking new listings every day, emailing you updates as they happen, and making sure nothing you might want slips past you is my primary concern. The internet can only take us so far; at some point we need to view the properties that interest you, in person. We study the comparables and prepare a reasonable offer, present it quickly and efficiently, and soon have you headed in the right direction: HOME!”
