I absolutely cannot recommend Rex enough. He was fantastic to buy a house with an even better (if that is possible) to sell with. He knows everyone you could possibly need to fix, inspect, or upgrade your home. He is always available and is very flexible with scheduling. He always makes it feel like it is his pure pleasure to come look at houses with you. When we moved out he replaced our fence himself (at some personal cost) repainted it, and even mowed our lawn as we had to move out of state.
