Ann Weaver

2 1/2 years ago we met with three agents; we liked Ann the best and planned to go with her whenever we decided to actually sell. She called recently to see if we were ready. A few months ago Ann contacted us to tell us she had a potential buyer. She asked if she show the house. We said ok and she brought the buyer over. He made an offer and we agreed. This is a good example of Ann's understanding her clients needs. She recognized the buyers need and remembered our house might meet that need. She then helped find the perfect house for us.
