My name Is Roy A. Sawyer. I'm a Texan and long time resident of the Rio Grande Valley! I graduated from SWTSU which is now Texas State University - San Marcos. I'm a REALTOR at Muniz Realty. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR), The Harlingen Board of REALTORS, and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS (GMAR). I hold several designations and certifications including, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and the New Home Sales Agent Certification (NHSAC). I have a background in Wildlife Biology. My passion is wildlife/bird photography, but my heart is in love with Texas Wildlife Conservation.
