Jerry Benavidez began his real estate career in 2014, when he decided to take a leap of faith into the industry. As a pastor, and always rooted by his faith, Jerry is no stranger to guiding people. This was a natural next step for him. With over 40+ years of business experience and sales, Jerry followed his newfound interest and shifted his focus. For Jerry, real estate is more than a profession; it’s a passion. He’s honored to help people achieve the dream of homeownership. His experience as an investor and owner of rental properties himself, has given him hands-on education in the real world of residential real estate. Putting his insights to work, Jerry now builds a complete, personalized, home buying experience for each of his clients– from the initial search to closing services.
