Jacob made the process so easy and would do video walkthroughs for us whenever we found something listed we really liked (typically the next day!). His knowledge of the area and what to look for were insightful and it was immensely helpful to hear his commentary in the spaces when we were unable to be present. Jacob made himself available whenever we had questions whether it was via text, email, or call. He's highly communicative and genuinely wants the best for his clients.
