Jami Mumley

If you read nothing past this sentence, know this: you cannot possibly choose a better Realtor than Jami Mumley. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers. We couldn't have predicted we'd enter into the worst possible buyer's market, but that's what we were dealt. It was such a comfort to have Jami in our corner. Not only was her help invaluable to us as rookie homebuyers, but we also never felt pressured by her to make rash decisions in the obscenely hot market. We always felt that she had ALL of our best interests in mind. Her knowledge of the market (despite its constant changing!) and familiarity with local businesses helped us with lots of our other purchase decisions, which also made our transaction even smoother. It was her insight, quick thinking, and professionalism that helped us secure our first home in a constantly-discouraging housing market. Jami never once made us feel like we were just a number. She is a joy to work with!

Jami is an exceptional realtor. She is very thoughtful, thorough and fair. I have used Jami as both a selling agent and later on as a buying agent. Both times she absolutely took care of me and my interests as a seller and a buyer. Jami is the kind of agent that does the extra legwork for you without having to ask. She was a step ahead of me and anticipated my questions and had answers for me when I asked. She was great at sharing opinions on options when it came to fine details. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jami as their realtor. If you want to have a dedicated realtor who is passionate about taking care of YOU - then Jami is your answer. Jami really does go above and beyond to take care of her #1 priority: her client. There are some realtors who are transactional, Jami is not. When you work with her, you'll gain a friend :)

Jami is AMAZING! She truly cares for her clients - she listened to what we wanted and was patient as we decided what was best for our family. We both sold our current home and purchased a new house, and she guided us every step of the way. She was organized and kept both transactions moving along - even when our lender was delayed, she reached out to them to ensure we stayed in track. She gave us great contacts for foundation repairs and a few other items we had to get done. She understands the market and ensured we were happy with list and offer prices. I just thinks shes an amazing agent and great person!

Jami knew my husband and I were casually looking but were focused on finding the right house with a pool, in order to finally put our home up for sale well that took us a long while but when the right home came along, Jami was immediately ready for us. In one weekend she moved her schedule around to accommodate a showing of what is our dream home! We wrote a strong offer based on her expertise and recommendations and boom the house was ours. Jami negotiated a lease-back so we could renovate our new home and worked with the other realtor, lending agent and title company so we could double close on the same day. Her marketing materials for the home we sold were amazing- 16 offers in one weekend! Jami has a strong set of realty skills that made everything fall in to place for us!
