The home has to sell itself in this industry. I feel my roll is to negotiate the best price for my buyer or seller and make sure my buyers are buying a good home. I stay knowledgeable about the communities I work in, schools, shopping, churches doctors etc. I stay in touch with my clients even after the transaction is complete to make sure they are happy and have everything they need. Real estate is my life.
