Earlier this year, my wife and I decided that we would move from our apartment into our first home before the year was over. In February I reached out to Lorilee to set up a preliminary meeting to get to know each other, list our house needs and wants, and begin the "window shopping" stage. Over the next 6 months, Lorilee would check in, send us tips and tricks, suggest areas to watch out for, and looked after us during our home-buying journey. When we started to visit homes, it was soon after Lorilee had foot surgery, and she still came to the open houses with us while wearing a boot AND walking with crutches. If that doesn't wow you, during the negotiation stage, the sellers and selling agent tried to back out of a couple of agreed-upon changes, but Lorilee made sure that did not happen. She fought on our behalf and made every step a breeze for us. We will gladly recommend Lorilee to everyone, and we're planning on calling her again for our next home in the future.
