Contacting Brianna and Greg Hodge was the best thing we did after moving to Round Rock, Texas a year ago. They are the hands down the best realtors we have ever worked with. Wow...the Hodge team does not disappoint. Greg and his team helped us buy a house years ago, and lease a couple of houses a few times over the past 9 years. I don't think we've ever had a rental house sit for more than a couple of weeks from one tenant to the next. Twice we've had tenants move in the next day, giving us 1 evening to clean like crazy....great problem to have! They definitely know what they're doing. His team takes care of everything, and they have so much experience and so many contacts for things that come up during the lease or for our own home. They know how to effectively qualify tenants and how to get it rented fast. Our tenants have ranged from 3 years to 7 years! Greg has helped us rent our house for 6 straight years. Over the 6 years we went through 6 different renters. There was only 1 month within the 6 years we did not have a renter paying. Greg did an amazing job each year getting new tenants approved and under contract before the old renters moved out. Recently Greg sold that house for us and we closed over our asking price
