it is hard to fault a realtor that knows her stuff and enjoys her work. the house we bought has been listed 4 hours earlier and we were the first offer. What sold it was Elsa telling the owner that they could pass on hordes of people passing thru on an open house, and avoid the offers from people that would not qualify. We were pre-qualed WITH loan commitments thanks to her We word with 4 realtors before Elsa. Wow are they bad and Elsa is amazing. Said shed treat us like we were her only customer-and DID. Saved us from a bidding war, and provided service above and beyond. She understands the Military side of life and issues created by my service. She did all the work with my sweetheart-I haven't even met her yet, but we have talked at length on the phone and i am pleased with her performance and always positive attitude--- and frankly I'm kinda hard to work with from a distance---but she did great. I never thought I'd be at this point of my life, purchasing a home is the American dream that everybody strives to achieve. Being that this is the first home I purchase, I was a bit hesitant due to lack of knowledge and experience with home buying, but Ben and Elsa made it really easy. They helped me learn my purchasing power and showed me homes within that range. They showed me both new homes and older homes and gave me the pros and cons of each. They explained to me the financing, home insurance, home warranty, to home inspection. Overall they were amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who's a first time homebuyer.

Ben and Elsa were great at helping us find our dreamed property. Not only they were very patient with us, since it was our first time buying, but they are very honest professional realtors. They are a great combo, especially if you are looking to rent a property. As first-time home owners we had a lot of questions, they were always there to answer them or help us find the answers. We are very happy with our purchase, Elsa and Ben made the process much easier for us.

Elsa & Ben were terrific in helping my wife and I find a home for our family. We felt they were honest and genuine. It is rare when you find realtors that know what they are doing and actually WANT to help you get the best out of your situation. One thing we learned as first time home buyers is that credit truly matters. Our experience was positive and rewarding. In comparison to other realtors Elsa differ on many levels, one, being married plus business partners, they showed each other a great amount of respect while explaining or sharing their own knowledge of any subject we were speaking about at the time. We appreciated their professional manner. The best thing about working with Elsa was the house shopping. We did not feel rushed while looking at different properties nor did we feel pushed to make a decision. They were really patient with us but persistent with their work.

Benjamin and Elsa are the best. I have known them for over 3 years now. They helped me with the home that I am renting now and, when I asked them to help me find a permanent home of my own, they had houses for me to see within 24 hours. They take your wants and needs into careful consideration and gave me some very good options. Ben was also very helpful in looking at the house inside and out and pointing out items that would or could be of concern. When it came down to putting a offer together, they provided me with options to make sure the offer was one that would stand out above the rest. I can honestly say they are the best team!
