Ruben and his partner Jake were amazing through the entire process of looking for my home until I finally received my keys. They did not let COVID stand in our way. We kept in constant contact. Mine was a VA home purchase. I was relocating from Columbus, OHIO to San Antonia, TEXAS during the busiest time of the year. Home buying was extremely competitive and buyers were having to offer all kinds of concessions to sellers. For the average home buyer, with good credit, home buying experience and some real estate savvy, buying a home typically is a standard process. This was NOT the case in SATX Summer 2021! Ruben Prieto went above and beyond what we needed. Moving from another State and not knowing much about San Antonio Ruden listened to what we were looking for and found the right neighborhood for us. He made us feel we were the only people he was working with. After we got under contract he kept in continual contact, as our home was being finished. Taking pics and videos of our home.
