We spent 5 days with Adam in our trip to Dan Antonio and looked at about 20 houses. When we returned home, Adam was able to use those few days to continue to provide us recommendations that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Despite the aggressive market, his knowledge and research consistently enabled us to make informed decisions and not make hasty decisions. After two weeks (which fit perfectly into our timeline), he found the perfect home we were looking for and was able to guide us from getting a loan applicantion processed through closing. No detail went overlooked. At a time when houses were on the market for 24 hours, he was always on top of the situation, speaking with other agents, and checking is with us daily with any updates and recommendations.
