Joshua Pistone Joe Willingham was great working with over the phone. I called on a Saturday interested in an investment property. I got a hold of him quickly and after he heard I was going to be driving 3 hrs to come look at this property, he said he'd drive out right away and do a video call for me a head of time, so that I could get a better feel for what I would be looking at and it might save me a trip. He called me a few hours later, and sent me pictures and video of the property that were very helpful.
