My main expertise is with LISTING, particularly foreclosures & short sales, as well as working with the INTERNATIONAL community. My love for international interaction began with dancing! Yes, while living in Chicago performing Punch & Judy puppet shows, I began listening to salsa music and hitting the clubs. I then began working as an ESL instructor, teaching adult students. Later, in Mexico City, I taught college students and business people, followed by teaching high school students at Tec de Monterrey and worked with the children of ex-pats in Chihuahua, Mexico. As a Realtor I have instructed colleagues in real estate practices. The diversity of our nation encouraged me to study international real estate practices and obtain the coveted designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). I adore working with all clients - Americans,Mexicans, Romanians, Iranians, etc. I'm here for you. My purpose is educating you to make INFORMED real estate decisions. Gracias.
