Renita is hands down one of the top realtors in the area. From the beginning she has been honest and up front. She helped me come up with a fair offer and she got it for me. She fought for everything I needed and wanted in purchasing my home. She answered any and all questions quickly. This was the easiest time I have ever had working with a realtor. Renita impressed me from the very beginning. She was diligent and patient as we looked at many homes over the course of at least a year. Once we finally found the perfect home we were good to go. She did two open houses with in the first two weekends of listing my house and it sold in less than a month. She also listed and sold my Mothers house a few years later. I highly recommend Renita.
