Cheryl is excellent. She is very knowledgeable in her field, PATIENT, with her clients. She was always calm, cool and collected which helped me tremendously. With her expertise she was able to sell my house in 1 week. Without a moments hesitation she helped me find my new home. I will certainly use Gary Greene again. Very impressed overall. Cheryl is just AMAZING, and hands down the BEST real estate agent I've ever had (or that my friends have ever heard of--they couldn't believe how much she did for me). I live out of state and my property needed a lot of work prior to going on the market. She helped source contractors and service reps; made MANY trips out to meet people, keep them on track, and follow-up on work done; and guided me in exactly what to repair and why. If it weren't for her, I'd have never sold my home. I trust her 100% and recommend her HIGHLY! She's lovely to work with, very pragmatic, and can just about pull off the impossible. :-D
