I cover the cost if professional touch-up painters, pressure washers, yardmen or house cleaners are necessary to get your home ready. I also use a professional photographer and videographer to attract buyers and to show your home at its best. I am very familiar with the housing market so I would like to bring a complementary CMA when we have our initial meeting, to show you the market value of your home. For my buyers, I will work tirelessly to find the perfect home for you and negotiate the price and terms. I have hundreds of satisfied clients that span 22 years and look forward to helping you.
