The Kennedy Team specializes in Residential real estate and has over 32 years of combined experience. Teresa Kennedy specializes primarily in listings, but leads a team specializing in buying, investing and leasing homes as well. The areas The Kennedy Team works include The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball, North Houston, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Montgomery and Willis. In addition, Teresa is extremely active in the community in several different organizations. The team also does a tremendous amount of community outreach events and client appreciation parties during the course of the year. When I am not selling homes, I enjoy spending time with my three sons, Tristan, Dalton and Max. I also enjoy exercising, bible study, reading, journaling, mentoring others, volunteering at my boys school, and giving back to the amazing community we live in.
