I don't know how you were able to do it, but every time we called, you were able to make us feel like we were the most important thing that you had going on. Your ability to help us find what we needed when we needed, and later, what we wanted, was uncanny. Your time and tireless efforts were incredible. We commented between ourselves several times that you treated us like we were family, and it was truly a blessing and a pleasure to have you working with us in our quest for our ultimate long-term home.
