Phillip Lloyd was amazing! Best real estate agent I have ever encountered. Very personal. Very knowledgeable. Anticipated my questions and concerns before I actually knew I had them and then always had a solid answer and solution. Very easy to talk to. Felt like I was talking to a real friend. Explained all my questions in language I could understand. Phillip never was annoyed by my many questions. Always was pleased and excited to talk to me and never made me feel I was ever imposing upon his time, night or day I was especially pleased with how prompt he was at answering my calls and moving the process along. Never let me down on any promise. Phillip took all the anxiety out of this process for me. I was intimidated and overwhelmed by all that needed to be done. Phillip made things easy. Phillip far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Phillip Lloyd to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate property. Have never experienced better treatment from a real estate agent.

He was very patient dealing with me with some of the paperwork. I was living in another state while making the purchase. I would use Phillip again with no hesitation. I really met Phillip by accident because I was looking at a house and he was across the street showing another house. He offered me his services and I did not have a realtor agent by that time so we agreed to work together in order to find a house. Great service and he was available 24/7 for me. Any question I had, he always had an answer. I did not have a point of comparison with another real estate agent but I found everything I needed from a real estate agent. He treated me as a friend and always was worried about any question or problem I could have had throughout the process of buying a house. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. I had a bad experience with a broker who I found through recommendations and I was trying to figure out how to go about selecting someone who would help me find what Im looking for and educate me throughout the process since I was a first time buyer. I happened to find Phillip through an ad about homes with new/remodeled kitchens in my area, best decision I could have made! I told him what type of home I was interested in and he always sent me listings that fit the criteria which was a problem with previous agent. Phillip was very professional and patient, he took time to explain every step so Id understand whats going on. I recommend him all they time hes awesome!! Very genuine and knowledgeable! Phillip was extremely helpful with finding inspector, scheduling etc. He always told me anything is negotiable and worked to get me the best deal within reason. He took time out to explain all contracts as well. Absolutely awesome in all areas! I was very comfortable working with him.
