I had a hard time trusting Dan to find the perfect home for us, but I shouldn't have been worried. He was willing to work in our price range ($140-$180K) and valued us as though we were buying a more expensive home with larger commission. He probably 'showed' us at least two dozen homes. He was an invaluable resource. When we finally did find what we needed, he guided us through the process expertly.
