Ben was such a help to me and my family in selling our property. His knowledge of both the real estate industry and the history of our area helped us to position our property and sell it for above our previously appraised value. He was willing to meet with us via Zoom late in the evenings due to our work schedules and was available to answer our questions. Ben was always available and on top of everything that needed to be done. We had a few obstacles along the way that could have been disastrous, but Ben took care of all the details. The builder we were working with changed our completion date, it was now a month sooner than we had planned for. I called Ben nearly in tears "HELP!!!!" we need to get it on the market now. He dropped everything dragged his team with him and had our home ready to sell and on the market in days. Although I was stressed this went as well as we could have planned. I met Ben at an Open House 4 years ago. We hit it off talking about Mountain Biking and Skiing. I was ready to buy, but still too nervous after my last homeownership experience on the East coast. Ben was consistent in staying in touch showing us the types of properties that we wanted to see, but I was too busy with work to take the time to just buy a home.
